My Cappuccino at Craft in NYC

We Coffee drinkers tend to over do it with the cup of joe.  Especially if you are always racing through life, trying to get things done. In fact, I’m drinking coffee right now. We drink coffee when we have a deadline, and believe it will help us stay awake. Or after a night out dancing. We drink coffee to help us function in the morning and alleviate that oh! so dreadful hangover! But we don’t realize that sometimes it might not be so good for you.

You know the old saying too much of everything is bad for you.

So what are the Pros and Cons of Coffee? Continue reading ‘Coffee, is it really good for us? Pros and Cons of Coffee.’

I. Procrastination lives in all of us. I would say it’s logical and it’s human nature. Some people might think it’s laziness, but there’s more to it than that, procrastination is defined as the avoidance of doing a project or a task that might be accomplished.

  • People procrastinate when their time management is weak.
  • when they are accustomed to one way of living and they are not well organized
  • Also one might have difficulty concentrating due to lack of interest
  • Most of all people procrastinate when they are overwhelmed with fear and anxiety which can conquer their mind set which leads them into procrastination.

II. Time management is the key to prevent one from procrastinating. Continue reading ‘Why Do People Procrastinate?’

If you are interested in the utmost Pampering while waiting for a flight that was canceled, or you simply want to stay near the airport, than the Hilton Lax in Los Angeles California is the place to be. Although, if you are into the night life that is not
the place for you.
The Hilton LAX is one of the world’s largest airport hotels. I accidentally stayed at the Hilton Lax because of a canceled flight and I enjoyed the couple of days that I stayed there. It is very close to the LAX Airport but there a lot of hotels close by as well I picked this one in particular because I knew it was truly worth the stay. This is only for people who want to spend a quite evening whether it is with their loved one, a friend, or simply on their own.
Read a book by the pool side or better yet by the hot tub and emerge yourself in bubbles in the Jacuzzi. Take advantage of room service they will know who you are they are very amicable and will learn your name and make you feel VIP that is very important indeed. It is a luxury hotel at is core. Carrabas was started by two Sicilians who came from Texas;Damian and Johnny. They say they aren’t “real chefs they just love to eat.” I thought that was rather amusing. I share the same insight. I love to cook and eat as well. Their inspiration for Carrabas was their grandparents cuisine.

In my venture of trying different cuisines, I decided to try Italian cuisine in the south west for the second time. I didn’t have a great experience the first time so I decided to give Italian food another chance. Continue reading ‘Amazing Italian Food in Oro Valley, Arizona Carrabas Italian Grill.’

Review of Cafe Roka in Bisbee Arizona.

•March 4, 2009 • 2 Comments

Cafe RokaCafé Roka, in Bisbee Arizona is by far the only restaurant that is in a town not a city, this restaurant remotely reminds me of New York it is very happening. The owner who has been there for 17 years came from phoenix only opens 4 days a week. Thurs, Fri, and sat. When they aren’t having a private party you have to call in advance to make reservations.
When you first walk in you see all the people there, and ask yourself where did all these people come from? Half of them are tourists and the others are regulars. The bar is in the center of it all. They have 3 levels. I have dined in both first and second levels. Fridays they have a live jazz band. You look around the room and everyone is ordering bottles of wine. And oh! the delicious appetizers they serve. Continue reading ‘Review of Cafe Roka in Bisbee Arizona.’
